This week is Open Access Week and I thought I could help celebrate a little by releasing a version of Open Access Helper for Chrome.
Why Chrome?
Not only is Chrome the most popular browser worldwide (>75% marketshare), but it is the foundation for a lot of other browsers. I know, technically speaking Chromium is that foundation, but you know what I mean. That means the extension is available for Chrome, Chromium, Opera, Brave & Microsoft Edge. It’ll work the same on Windows, macOS & Linux and so with one release, I can reach many more users!
Where can you learn more?
You can view a tutorial at https://www.oahelper.org/tutorial-open-access-helper-for-chrome/ and I put a FAQ together.
Where can you download?
You can download the extension from the Chrome Web Store at https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/open-access-helper/jonkgaipjeenhoccenhhccmofokbpanl
