Version 2021.1.3 (Chrome / Firefox)

This morning I submitted Version 2021.1.3 to Chrome & Firefox for review and release. This version includes several new features and enhancements to existing features, as follows:

• If you are already proxied:
  • do not offer the proxy button again
  • show a different inactive message
  • handle special publisher rules correctly

• Within the extension settings:
  • ensure the status message, which is shown on save, is closer to the save button and institute settings
  • reduced width of the search box to avoid an unfortunate line break in translated interfaces
  • support a complete custom setup for advanced users
